Hired for a Grad Party- everything was Amazing! I would give 10 stars. Guests are still talking about the amazing food weeks later. Pastrami was a huge hit, tacos amazing, smoked watermelon was so yummy. Ryan was fantastic and easy to work with. Visit this truck! Hire for an event.You won’t be disappointed 

 We couldn’t have been happier with the catering experience we had for our event. Ryan was responsive and overall good communication leading up to our event. The food and catering experience was awesome. Would definitely hire again for future events and highly recommend Smoke This Catering. 

This delightful establishment deconstructed their chicken tacos for me and ROCKED MY WORLD. No tortillas but ultimate deliciousness. Chicken was tender and flavorful, veggies perfectly smoked and delicious. Sauce…to die for. AMAZING.

This is my "Go To" when I need to feed people.  He has catered Large events for me and also is providing a smoked turkey this Thanksgiving.  The sides live up to the fabulous smoked meats!  Ryan is the BEST!!! 

The food had amazing flavor. I ordered pulled pork and tried Pierogi for the first time. It was hot and fresh. Loved everything in the bowl. Even the slaw and I'm not a big slaw eater. There was even a good selection of sauces to choose from. The Maple Siracha was my fave. The owner and his associate had great personalities. Wish I didn't live way in Louisiana or I would eat there more often.
